ASUS NUC 15 Pro Tall Overview
With its compact size, the ASUS NUC 15 Pro Tall Barebone Kit can fit into a variety of spaces and be customized to help you stay productive. Inside the toolless chassis is a 2 GHz Intel Core Ultra 7 255H 16-Core Series 2 processor with integrated Arc 140T graphics to get you started.
The two DDR5 slots support up to 96GB of 6400 MHz CSO-DIMMs or 64GB of 5600 MHz traditional SO-DIMM modules. For storage, you have an M.2 2280 PCIe 5.0 slot alongside an M.2 PCIe 4.0 2242 slot. This system also includes built-in Wi-Fi 7 support and a 2.5G Ethernet port for high-speed internet access. Dual Thunderbolt 4 ports, along with a front-facing USB-C 3.2 Gen 2x2 and dual USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 ports, allow you to quickly transfer large videos, photos, and other files. This kit is Windows 11 OS ready. A US power cable is included.
Performance
The Intel Ultra Core 7 255H processor powers applications with six Performance cores while eight Efficient cores and two Low Power Efficient cores handle background tasks. The Performance cores have a base speed of 2 GHz and can be boosted up to 5.1 GHz. A built-in Neural Processor (NPU) accelerates AI workloads.
Expansion
There are two dual-channel DDR5-6400 CSO-DIMM slots available, supporting up to 96GB. There is also an M.2 2280 PCIe 5.0 x4 slot and an M.2 2242 PCIe 4.0 x4 slot. The tall form factor provides room for a separately purchased M.2 2280 expansion module.
High-Speed USB
A front-facing USB-C 3.2 Gen 2x2 port allows you to transfer up to 20 Gb/s with compatible devices. The front panel also includes two 10 Gb/s USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 ports. The rear panel includes two Thunderbolt 4 slots, a USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 port, and one USB-A 2.0 port.
Thunderbolt 4
Thunderbolt 4 is a hardware interface that utilizes the reversible USB-C connector and features a maximum throughput of 40 Gb/s when used with compatible devices. The connector also transmits data via USB4 at up to 20 Gb/s, and dual-bandwidth DisplayPort allows you to connect either one 8K monitor or up to two 4K displays simultaneously. Additionally, you can daisy chain up to six devices from a single Thunderbolt 4 port.
Network Connectivity
Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) support provides access to the less congested 6 GHz band with compatible wireless networks while enhancing reliability with signal optimization technologies. The 2.5G Ethernet port provides a fast and reliable wired internet connections.
Multi-Display Support
Enhance your workflow by connecting up four displays through the dual HDMI and two Thunderbolt 4 ports.
Flexible Mounting
